Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assists the Vice President and other executives in providing the report required by the management.
- Reports directly to the Vice President and handle its schedules.
- Represents the Vice President by welcoming visitors, reviewing correspondence; arranging company dinners and other corporate functions; answering questions and meeting requests directed to the Vice President.
- Attends functions and meetings as needed to record minutes.
- Monitors, Coordinates, and Follow-up reports.
- Handles the arrangement of Business trips of the Vice President.
- Schedule meetings and arrange conference rooms.
- Handle information requests.
- Arrange for outgoing mail and packages to be picked up.
- Prepare confidential and sensitive documents.
- Relay directives, instructions, and assignment to executives.
- Receive and relay telephone messages.
- Make travel arrangements for executives.
- Arrange flight and hotel bookings for visitors and clients.
- Assists Expats regarding their concerns (9G Visa, Golf)
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A graduate of any 4-year course
- Background in Customer Service
- With Problem solving ability & good communication skills
- Has advanced knowledge in MS Office
- Preferably with background in administrative support or executive assistance
