Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Prepares summary of arrived shipments monitoring
- Prepares comutation for all importation
- Prepares DOE (Prior Notice) application
- Checks billing invoices related to importation
- Checks and monitors supplier invoices for importation and submission of (Record of Goods Imported) RGI to Standard Chartered Bank
- Responsible for filling or book keeping all documents related to Importation and other Gov't agencies
- Prepares report for DOE (Importation, Sales and Inventory)
- Prepares Marine Insurance every importation
- Prepares DTI or BPS requirement for ICC sticker
- Prepares request for Payment for all importation, Surety Bond and Importation Bond
- In-charge of printing of sticker for GHS compliance
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A Graduate of BS Customs Administration
- At least 1 year of experience in documentation of import transactions
- Preferrably has trainings in Customs Clearance
- Being a licensed Customs Broker is an advantage
- Computer literate
- Willing to be assigned in Carmona, Cavite
