Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Check the attendance of all building custodians, maintenance, security and janitorial personnel assigned by GAY, YMC, YLH and Libran House building daily.
- Conduct daily building inspection at GAY. Schedule a site visit once a week at YMC, YLH and Libran House to check the status of each building.
- Review and sign the daily time record of security, janitorial personnel, building custodian and maintenance personnel assigned at GAY, YMC, YLH and Libran House building.
- Review and sign the readings of electric and water consumptions of each Tenant at GAY, YMC, YLH and Liban House building. Electric and water reading is conducted by building custodians and maintenance once a month for billing purposes.
- Monitor the progress status of all on-going engineering projects.
- Monitor the progress status of all Tenant's concerns in all buildings.
- Monitor all building custodians and maintenance personnel if they conduct the preventive maintenance of all building equipment based on a given schedule.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Preferably a licensed Mechanical, Electrical or Civil engineer;
- Minimum five years experience in administering a building complex;
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office and CADD;
- Good working attitude and can work in extended hours;
- People-oriented, transparent, good communicator, fun-loving, optimistic, spontaneous, seeks social acceptance and applause;
- Willing to work within Metro Manila areas.
