Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Internal Responsibilities
- To assist in conducting technical training for sales staff of YEC.
- To assist in providing technical support to sales personnel as requested by customers.
- Provide technical inputs for YEC solicited projects.
- Other tasks, duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
- External Responsibilities
- Assist in the ocular inspection of prospective set-up venue as a requirement in the preparation of systems design for formal quotations.
- Assist in the conduct of product clinics by a representative of foreign suppliers at least once a year per brand.
- Customer Service Group Responsibilities
- After-Sales Services
- To liaison with Service Department in monitoring status of repair jobs of YEC units.
- Conduct technical training to Service Technician on the latest YEC products.
- Assist in monitoring performance of equipment installed by YEC to clients.
- Follow up concerns encountered by YEC clients, if any, in the operation of installed items.
- Follow up future additional requirement(s) of YEC clients.
- Preparing Maintenance Agreement Services.
- Responsible for the periodic visit and maintenance check-up of equipment of YEC clients with maintenance contract.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Preferably Electronics and Communications Engineers (ECE) from reputable schools;
- Good in communication and selling skills, personable and articulate in oral and written English;
- Must be proactive, sales results oriented, people-oriented, transparent, good communicator, fun-loving, optimistic, spontaneous, seeks social acceptance and applause;
- Willing to be assigned in various domestic field assignments;
- Computer literate and can work flexible hours;
- Must have passion and ability to conduct periodic training;
- With management skills and experience in Professional Audio, Audio-Video and Multimedia is an advantage;
- Preferably residing in Metro Manila.
