Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities:
- Handle delinquent accounts for Metro Manila areas and nearby provinces if necessary
- Simultaneously perform skip tracing unit which will further aid the collection management in locating negative clients/units
- Pursue primarily on extra judicial collection efforts thru voluntary surrender of unit and compromise agreements
- Work closely with Tele-collector to expedite collection efforts
- Detect possible fraud and escalate accounts due for ECA collection
Kualifikasi Minimum
Requirements:
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree
- Must have at least 1-2 years of collection experience in a financing company/ banking industry
- Work experience in collection management of consumer loan industry is an advantage
- Must have driver’s license and knows how to drive both 2 wheels and 4 wheels vehicle (M/T and A/T)
- Must have experience in field negotiations
- Must be excellent in both oral and written communications
