Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Oversee employees, production and efficiency, to make sure the plant is running smoothly, quickly, efficiently and safely.
- Assigning workers, creating and keeping work and production schedules, hiring and training new employees.
- Collecting and looking through data to find places of waste or places of improvement, keepin an eye on worker and plant safety
- Monitor the production equipment making sure it stays in good working order, and repair or replace the equipment when needed.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, business administration or similar
- Has extensive training and experience in handling manufacturing operations
- Willing to be assigned in Cavite or Bulacan
- Has interpersonal and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
