Finance Supervisor  

We are looking for an Accounting Supervisor to oversee our accounting department’s daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations
• Participate in regular financial audits and payroll
• Prepare budgeting reports and forecast revenues
• Manage month-end and year-end closing
• Monitor the daily performance of the accounting department day-to-day operations
• Organize financial data into useable information and maintain updated records
• Track the progress of financial and accounting objectives
• Establish accounting policies and procedures, aligned with the company’s targets
• Ensure compliance with the applicable laws and regulations

• Must know how to manage financial functions, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations and tax audits. Our ideal candidate uses strong analytical skills to create detailed financial reports and forecasts.
• Must have a degree in BS Accountancy or BS Managerial Accounting
• With solid knowledge on bookkeeping and accounting principles, taxation, and other applicable laws and regulations
• With proven work experience in general accounting as an accounting supervisor for at least 2 years
• With advanced skills on managing spreadsheets and creating dashboards
• With experience in inventory management such as, but not limited to, controlling and purchases from suppliers and inventory reconciliation
• Knowledge in Xero accounting software and TradeGecko is a plus
• Accounting certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus
