The Specialist role is responsible for providing the needed reporting support for the sales & customer success organization. The Specialist will mainly assist with day-to-day process and data maintenance.
This role requires someone with outstanding data investigation, analysis, and visualization skills. This individual is expected to be a conceptual thinker with superb organizational and time management skills. This person must be reliable and should accurately follow instructions with the ability to multitask and acclimatize in a fast-paced environment.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Investigate and correct missing information in critical reporting fields.
- Identify and correct the root causes to simplify future requirements.
- Diagnose, communicate, and correct reporting issues including data inconsistencies, formula errors, and emerging trends.
- Maintain reports and dashboards in Google Sheets for the Sales and Customer Success community prioritizing consistency, accuracy, and usability
- Assist in data quality projects related to our customer and sales data in our CRM
- Maintain lookup and override datasets that are clear and scalable
- Collaborate with other departments and team members to gather information and create reports as needed
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of all sensitive information
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Highly analytical, proactive, and is not afraid to voice out opinions and suggestions that will help optimize process and productivity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience with Salesforce a plus, but not required
- Experience working with 3rd party applications to operate part of a process
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
- Good decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to accurately follow instructions
System Requirements:
- Processor should be 2 ghz and above, Intel core 5/7 or equal is highly required
- MUST have the latest Operating System
- Ram should be at least 16 gig with 100 gb Free disk space
- MUST have a back-up Computer with the same specs as the main device
- A Headset with noise cancelling feature is a must
- At least 20 mbps & up wired connection for main isp
- Back up internet is a must (pocket wifi, prepaid wifi etc. but strictly no USB Sticks allowed)
- Back up power source
Shift Schedule: 8AM - 5PM Eastern Standard
Rate: starts at Php 60,000 depends on experience
