Data Center Operation Engineer  

• Maintain physical health view of network, server and appliance components.
• Maintain physical and function capabilities of Data Center facilities to work properly.
• Maintain tidiness of Data Center using Xapiens Data Center standard operation
• Maintain Data Center SOP and Policy together with compliance department
• Maintain person in and out to any Data Center location, based agreement and log book.
• Maintain Data Center task force member and make sure all members are working in proper manner
• Make sure any parties who put devices on Data Center are well documented by respected parties including any adding, dismantling and changing.
• Provide Data Center facilities technologies among IEG environment in both Project, Optimization, Design and Operation.
• Provide Data Center Operation such as create physical device and faciities checklist based on daily, weekly and monthly based.
• Collaborate with all respected parties and engineer to develop operation plan and improve Data Center operations
• Conduct inspections on Data Center power, cooling, access control, cctv, fire suppression and racking systems to ensure they are operational based on standard requirements
• Do Data Center assesment to find any potential risk and convey that risk to each respected parties including customers
• Make sure any Facilities incident that happens in Data Center are managed properly
• Maintain regular maintenance of any data center facilities component in regular basis
• Calculate yearly budget opex and capex based on requirement
  

Minimum 3-5 years IT experience in three (3) or more of the following areas:

• Preferable certification in Data Center Operation Associate
• Understanding about Data Center Facilities, such as electricity grounding, HVAC/PAC system, UPS, Fire Suppression, AVR, Access Control, CCTV, EMS system, Racking, Cabling system and tideness, Raised floor system, etc.
• Understanding about Network and Server system in both hardware and software
• Able to identify hardware faults in server and network systems
• Capability to manage data center task force team
• Able to effectively complete job tasks within set time constraints and tight deadlines
• Experience implementing data center technologies.
• Able to work both team and independently
• Problem solving, diagnostic and analytical skills required
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Excellent presentation skills and technical sales skills
• Capability in technical documentation skills.
