- Provides technical support to customers via phone, email, chat, or on-site visits, troubleshooting issues related to hardware, software, or networking.
- Collaborates with other teams, including sales and engineering, to provide solutions and recommendations to customers.
- Conducts research and analysis on complex technical issues to provide effective solutions to customers.
- Develops and maintains technical documentation, including user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
- Provides training to customers and internal stakeholders on product features, functionality, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Manages and prioritizes support tickets and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Collaborates with engineering teams to identify and escalate product defects, and work towards resolution of technical issues.
- Develops and maintains a deep understanding of product features, technical specifications, and industry trends.
- Provides feedback to product development teams on customer needs, technical issues, and feature requests.
- Participates in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support as needed.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline or similar.
- Additional certification or license may be required.
- Atleast 2-3 years experience in a similar technical role is recommended.
- Experience working as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and collaborate with others.
