Project Sales Representative  

Role Purpose:

• The Project Representative is responsible for identifying and evaluating relevant projects in the market and helping secure product specification approval.
• He/she will lead in promoting and raising awareness by selling the full range of products and services of World Class Laminate.
• He/she will oversee the delivery completion of projects.

Responsibilities:

• Must have a client sourcing process (ex. Sales funnel) in place that will generate quality prospects, close more leads, and convert it into sales orders.
• Keep abreast of current trends, products, and improved practices in the construction industry.
• Always on the lookout for new opportunities, relevant projects, and quality leads through market and customer research.

Stakeholder Management

• Establishes and maintains relationships with key stakeholders (internal & external) to develop a proactive stakeholder management plan;
• Initiates programs and mechanisms to promote stakeholder engagement on company programs and activities

New Business Opportunities

• Recommends new business opportunities of the channel.
• Participates and supports proposed, on-going, and future new growth projects

Education/Experience Required:

• Must be a team player.
• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College degree in Engineering, Business Administration/Management, or equivalent.
• Must have at least three to five (3-5) years of working experience in projects.
• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
