Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparing purchase order for signing.
- Coordinate with Sales Manager on quotation of item/s; item availability and discounted price.
- Ordering of items and follow-up on delivery status.
- Electronic filing of monthly purchase order.
- Monitoring, receiving and updating of statement of accounts
- Filing and recording of monthly sales reports.
- Assist Sales Manager with client concerns.
- Assist in the monitoring and maintenance of client accounts.
- Liaise with plant personnel, Sales Manager on client orders, delivery and request.
- Perform other management mandated functions.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management or any related course
- At least 2 years’ experience in office management, admin. work and sales support
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Time management skills
- Attention to detail; very organized
- Problem-solving skills
- Has a sense of urgency; able to deliver his/her task in a timely manner
- Can work with minimal supervision
