- Supervision of warehouse staff and department's daily activities.
- Managing, evaluating and reporting of warehouse productivity.
- Tacking and coordinating the receipt, storage and timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels.
- Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory and deliveries for accuracy.
- Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing necesarry documentation.
- Performing daily inspection of warehouse facility.
- Coordinating and maintenance of fleets and equipment.
- Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.
- Perform other management mandated functions.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering and/or other related courses
- at least 2 years experience as Warehouse lead/supervisor
- Preferably with knowledge on ISO/Lean Warehousing/GWP/SPC
- Experience in ERP system
- Knowledge on setting up warehouse (racking, layout, capacity, etc.)
- Experience in end to end process from receiving of goods, storing, pick pack and dispatching of finish goods
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
