Business Development Associate  

Your "day in a life" looks like this...

• Generate new business opportunities through strategic outreach to potential clients
• Conduct high-volume prospecting (calls, emails, social media) to qualify leads through a detailed discovery process
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Workbean's products, industry trends, and competition
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted strategies and messaging
• Track and manage prospects in our CRM system, ensuring all communications are logged and information is accurate
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified opportunities and closed business

You'll be a great match if you have...

• 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals
• A growth mindset, with a willingness to learn, adapt, and take on challenges
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales enablement tools
