Wireless Link Technologies, Inc. (WLT) is looking for passionate and dedicated On-The-Job Trainees/Interns.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to administrative/clerical functions of HR
- Invite applicants for interview
- Administer Psychological tests to applicants
- Support Compensation and Benefits in terms of encoding, filing, and coordinating to employees
- Give assistance with Training and Development processes
- Be exposed to all facets of Human Resource Department
- Perform all duties that will be assigned from time to time
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Currently, a student pursuing a degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management
- Computer literate and proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
- Must have a laptop
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Team player, creative, has a positive attitude, and willingness to learn
- Willing to work Monday-Saturday, from 9AM to 6PM
