Technical assistant role is mainly in-charge of acquiring permits specifically for legwork duties. He must ensure that the permits are being processed on time, regularly monitored and accomplished. He will also provide technical and administrative clerical functions to the TNSD Team.
Responsibilities
- Acting as a support to our NTC liaison officer on processing Type Approval and Licensing process of new products.
- Collating information such as test reports, preparing of documents, and filing for NTC Type Approval of wireless products for brands (UBNT, CAMBIUM, MIKROTIK, ICOM and etc.)
- Collating information such as network diagrams, preparing documents, and filing for NTC Radio licenses of company projects.
- Identify procedures and necessary requirements for permit application.
- Creates basic technical drawing, like a network diagram using PowerPoint or Visio.
- Monitor issuance of permit and report to Immediate Superior regarding the status of the pending Type Approval Certificate.
- Act as a helpdesk operator, technician, or provide assistance on maintenance functions of Technical Engineers.
- Provide technical support to TNSD projects and tasks that may need technical related assistance.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related course.
- With Knowledge of NTC permit processing.
- With knowledge troubleshooting of hardware such as workstations, hubs, modems, network interface cards, and other ICT infrastructure.
- With the ability to draw a basic technical drawing, like network diagrams using PowerPoint or Visio.
- With a high Customer-oriented attitude.
- With excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- With Analytical and mathematical skills to analyze data and create necessary reports
- Capability to negotiate with and influence others
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment
