To lead a team in delivering a highly effective and efficient distribution of Goods from suppliers, within factories and to customers.
- Direct report to the General Manager and Director
- Facilitate the supply chain and overall distribution process of equipment, materials and relief goods across region.
- Review and evaluate all aspects of logistics and develop improvement initiatives as required
- Coordinate an efficient and timely procurement and distribution process
- Lead and coach the Logistics team
- Ensure efficient and cost effective distribution of various number of SKUs
- Provide accurate and timely reporting regarding logistic and distribution.
- Manages the purchase and/or disposal of fleet vehicles as required
- Lead and manage the fleet team including drivers, mechanics and fleet staff
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum of 7 years' work experience in the fields of logistics and management of logistics teams in similar role
- With hands-on experience in reviewing and/or establishing distribution processes and documenting them.
- With experience in leading a team of supervisors and rank & file
