- Report directly to Human Resources Director
- HR Manager guides and manages the overall provision of the HR Services, policies, and programs of the company.
- A broad depth of HR knowledge and experience across all areas of HR especially in Industrial Relation and legal
- Originates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented; high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standard goal attainment, the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
- Will maintain and enhance the human resource mission and objectives, through strategic policies, practices, and procedures.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field and/ or equivalent combination
- 7 years HR experience; FMCG industry preferred but not mandatory
- Willing to work in the following locations : Jakarta, Bekasi, Cikarang, Cibitung, Karawang
- Experience in managing 2,000 people in an organiztion
