IT Application Consultant  

We are seeking an experienced IT Application Consultant to join our team. The IT Application Consultant will be responsible for working closely with the business in their IT Solutions, providing expertise and guidance on the proper process and usage of the systems. The ideal candidate will have a background in ERP, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions that meet business requirements. He/She shall be working in a full-time office work set-up.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Support SAP modules to meet business needs, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
• Perform system integration testing, resolve defects, and provide technical support during user acceptance testing (UAT) phases.
• Provide guidance and training to end users on SAP functionality and processes.
• Manage and coordinate IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions across the various business functions.
• Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze and troubleshoot SAP issues, propose and implement solutions to resolve them.
• Stay updated with industry best practices to recommend improvements and optimize system performance.
• Document technical specifications, configuration changes, and system enhancements.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of IT-related policies, procedures, and documentation.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. SAP certifications are preferred.
• With at least with 3 years' experience in SAP Application support or in a similar role, with a focus on implementing and supporting SAP modules.
• Experience on SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, HR, is a plus
• Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Prior experience in SAP implementation projects is a plus.
