Human Resource Intern (Internship)  

Wide-Out Workforces, Inc. (Wide-Out), a leading service provider specializing in online advertising technology is seeking a Human Resource Intern.

The ideal candidates will assist the HR Team in the day-to-day HR Functions. The ideal candidates will provide support to the HR Team in performing Recruitment and Selection, Compensation and Benefits, Records Management and Employee Relations.

Functions: Recruitment, Records & System Management, Employee Benefits, Employee Relations

Intern Responsibilities:

• Assists the HR Team in conducting Audit of government mandated benefits
• Manages the 201 Files
• Conducts HR System Introduction and Training (HR Systems)
• Conducts the Employee Reference Checks
• Calls potential applicants for job opportunities
• Joins Career Fairs
• Prepares Job Fair and Marketing Collaterals

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management or equivalent
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Should possess at least Intermediate level in Microsoft Excel
• Should possess good oral and written communication skills
• Dependable, Organized, Independent and able to keep confidentiality
• Amenable to work with 7am-4pm schedule
• 2 open slots for Intern position
• Passed the HR Interview

• Preferably, Graduating Students
• Ability to work 30-40 hours per week
• Ability to work Mondays-Fridays
• Ability to commute to office in Makati (Pacific Star Building)
