RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop functional and appealing web- and mobile-based applications based on usability
• Work closely with the project manager and Senior Web Developer to design, develop, debug/test, and deploy custom applications and modules that meet operational requirements
• Provide website maintenance and enhancements
• Write functional requirement documents and specifications
• Create quality mockups and prototypes on tight timelines
• Assist back-end developers with coding and troubleshooting
• Maintain graphic standards and branding throughout the product’s interface
• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies
• Promote usability best practices

• BS Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Advanced knowledge of HTML (5) and CSS (3)
• Experience integrating front-end interactions using JavaScript and jQuery
• Experience integrating PHP with front-end code
• Experience with AJAX
• Advanced knowledge of cross-browser implementation
• Experience developing a responsive design with media queries
• Design experience a plus
• Demonstrate a consulting mentality – the willingness to continually raise the bar, prioritize customer service, demonstrate accountability, and constantly improve and innovate
• Strong communications, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Must have critical thinking, problem solving, and design skills
• Must maintain a positive attitude and work ethic to deliver on-time and above-standard applications
