Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Support the core business to ensure business continuity and growth.
- Handle the communication between the company and the Client,
- Responsible in dealing with customer enquiries and ensuring that the relevant paperwork is raised in the tracking of requests
- Manage the internal communications to ensure that the training logistics are prepared and ready before the workshops including but not limited to participant’s enrollment, invites, training materials, room scheduling, and catering.
- Handle participant's registration when not doing the training (on training days),
- Manage the updating of the online training records for the participants of training sessions.
- Follow through of needed pre and post training requirements
- Other tasks deemed necessary
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience as an HR, Admin or Training Assistant with event planning/management experience is required for this position
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include Excel and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in English, both in speaking and writing
- Preferably with background in Google AdWords Fundamentals, Google Analytics and other Google marketing products.
