Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Primary support for APAC operations
- Support the client’s account management team in all daily activities, including client requests/campaign management, campaign reporting/analysis, creative builds, etc.
- Collaborate with the client’s Account Manager in all day-to-day client communication and campaign management
- Monitor campaign delivery and manage daily/weekly status checks on all live campaigns
- Generate detailed campaign reporting for clients and senior team members, including a post-campaign wrap up reports
- Investigate discrepancy requests with the client/publishers
- Perform diligent and detail-oriented QA for most if not all customer deliverables
- Create and update all relevant process documents

- For headcount deployment to new/existing accounts as needed.
- Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Excellent English communication skills
- Must be fluent in any Asian business language
- Applicants with Asian language certification/s are preferred but not required
- Proven organizational skills
- Relevant experience is nice to have
- BPO or Shared Services experience is a big plus
