Campaign Manager  

Being a Campaign Manager gives you the best opportunity to learn about and make a real impact on the ad tech space from the ground level, working alongside some true industry leaders. The AC is valued to agency account managers, being responsible for the tactical aspects of campaign management, from campaign preparation to monitoring campaign performance post-launch. The ideal AC candidate is organized, able to multi-task, and provides outstanding customer service.

You will be trained on:

• The digital advertising industry
• Digital media planning
• Management and QA of display creatives
• Ad Trafficking
• Campaign reporting and analysis

Responsibilities:

• Support the client's account management team in all daily activities, including client request/campaign management, campaign report/analysis, creative builds, etc.
• Collaborate with the Account Manager in all day-to-day campaign management and client communication
• Monitor campaign delivery and manage status checks on all live campaigns
• Generate campaign reporting, including post-campaign wrap-up reports
• Investigate discrepancy request with the client/ publishers
• Perform diligent and detail-oriented QA for most if not all customer deliverables

• Strong written and verbal English
• Data management and analysis with MS Excel and knowledge of other MS Office applications
• At least 2 years' experience in customer support/client services
• Project/team management experience a plus
• Has great attention to detail, independent and highly analytical
• Willing to work any shift
