Senior Motion Graphics and Video Editor  

Job Description

• Design Motion Graphics templates to be used by the Video Editing team
• Selects and combines the most effective and accurate shots in order to form a logical and smoothly running story
• Handles audio leveling and color correction
• Ensures that videos used are accurate
• Serves as the Master Editor and checks for discrepancy e.g. drop frame, flash white, insertion, audio level adjustment before the edited material is submitted
• Responsible for overall look and feel of the output

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience with the following applications:
  • Adobe After Effects
  • Adobe Premiere
• Familiar with the ff applications:
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe Lightroom
  • Adobe Audition
• Demonstrable Video Editing and Motion Graphics ability with a strong portfolio
• Has a strong design sense, particularly for color, layout, and typography
• Has creative conceptualization ability, as well as technical execution capability

• Strong written and verbal English
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work in a team, but also independently when needed
• Demonstrable Video Editing and Motion Graphics ability with a strong portfolio
• A highly trainable self-starter with a professional work ethic
• Ability to guide and motivate talented Motion Graphics and Video Editors
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience
• Willing to work in US hours - Can work on a NIGHT SHIFT
