Business Intelligence Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop and maintain reporting and business intelligence solutions through the use of reporting tools such as Tableau reporting software and Microsoft Excel
• Create and maintain executive quality or easy to digest set of dashboards and reports for departments throughout the organization
• Manage Ad-hoc report requests submitted from management
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and drive business efficiency based on rigorous analytical examination
• Develop and manage complex JIRA components including metrics dashboards, workflows, custom fields, and integration with external databases and other tool chains to provide meaningful operational/performance metrics and status reports.

• Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record, preferably from a business specialization
• Must have strong experience in Tableau and other business intelligence/reporting tools.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel is an absolute must
• Strong analytical and multitasking skills
• Extensive attention to detail
• Develop and manage JIRA components
• Flexible; must exercise sound judgment in managing priorities
• Background in digital advertising or ad operations would be a huge plus
• Experience working in a BPO setting would also be a plus
• Resourcefulness , a can-do attitude and the ability to process complex concepts are key attributes
• Must be willing to work in Makati City and/or Alabang
• Must be amenable to working in US hour
