Account Manager | Mandarin (012020)  

• High proficiency in verbal and written Mandarin
• Act as primary client interface and lead day-to-day management and optimization of campaigns pertaining to these clients
• Generate detailed campaign reporting for clients and senior team members, including post campaign wrap up reports
• Learning all aspects of clients’ businesses and management of their expectations
• Work closely with creators to ensure projects are delivered on spec and on time
• Create and update all relevant process documents
• End-to-end management of each stage of the video production cycle
• Actively contribute to video production process as needed, including pre and post production (editing,shooting, recording, etc.)

Job seekers from BPOs and other industries with at least 2 years’ prior experience are encouraged to apply. Familiarity with digital advertising is not a requirement, but the ability to communicate well in Mandarin and in English is.

• Must be able to communicate well with all levels within any organization
• Ability to work competently under pressure with minimal supervision
• Knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator, Design, and Layout is required; After Effects and/or Premiere would be a great plus\Ability to communicate with peers and management (verbal and written)
• Data management and analysis with MS Excel and knowledge of other MS Office applications
• At least 2 years’ experience in customer support/client services
• Project or team management experience a plus
• Willingness to work in Makati City
• Willingness to work any shift schedule
