Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conceptualize, create, and manage high-quality digital content, including but not limited to videos, graphics, infographics, written content, and interactive media for diverse digital channels (social media, website, blogs, email newsletters, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to align content strategies with overall marketing objectives, campaigns, and brand guidelines.
- Conduct thorough research on industry trends, audience behaviors, and competitor analysis to generate fresh and impactful content ideas.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent and strategic publishing schedule that resonates with our target audience and upholds our brand identity.
- Optimize content for SEO purposes to maximize visibility and engagement across digital platforms.
- Monitor content performance metrics using analytics tools and generate reports to evaluate the success of content strategies. Use data-driven insights to refine and optimize future content initiatives.
- Stay updated with the latest digital trends, emerging technologies, and content creation tools to implement innovative content strategies.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Proven account follower and video engagement in TikTok/ Instagram / YouTube
- Proficiency in multimedia content creation tools and software (Capcut, Canva, video editing tools, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for creativity and innovation.
