Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Handle multiple social media accounts of clients, including Whitewall
- Create various content and marketing strategies for the clients and Whitewall
- Coordinate and schedule meetings with clients and the team
- Provide the Whitewall Creative Team with job orders assigned
- Track client deadlines and submissions made with clients and oversee the status of projects
- Prepare and deliver strategic and creative presentations
- Monitor broadsheets and other media for Whitewall Design Studio Corp
- Document client meetings and brainstorm sessions with the Whitewall Creative Team
- Assist in marketing the company and generating leads for new clients
- Take a lead in project management by handling clients and branding programs and ensure that client needs are met or exceeded
- Participate in the development of strategic and creative deliverables
- Discuss project and client needs with the managers and/or president
- Ensure smooth coordination between clients and project teams
- Write necessary reports
- Undertake administrative tasks related to account management
- Understand work instructions and interpret client's requirements
- Familiarize one's self with the brand, target audience, and industry
- Brainstorm ideas and concepts on one's own or with the Whitewall team
- Develop copy for both print and digital materials
- Provide name options for new and existing brands
- Make modifications or revisions based on the feedback of the project manager or the creative director until the work meets the requirements
- Ensure that the work is free of errors in grammar and spelling before submitting the work to the client
- Other duties as assigned by Management
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Graduate of a business, marketing or related field.
- At least 1 year experience in social media management
- Experience in handling several clients
- Knowledge in social media managment processes, procedures, and terminologies
- Well informed of the latest development in social media and digital media
