I.T. Business Analyst  

We’re looking for a talented Business Analyst with a strong UX mindset, a true digital native who can bridge the gap between clients and the development team. Roles and responsibilities include the following but are not limited to:

• Meeting clients and gathering requirements
• Computing development estimates and creating proposals for the clients
• Ability to plan in waterfall or agile methodology
• Ability to manage a group of developers
• Ability to manage different projects at the same time and keep clients updated
• Design a robust system and envision the database architecture according to the client's requirements
• Work with initial wireframes and identify all possible flows and details of the system to be built
• Work with the UI / UX expert in creating beautifully designed screens for the client
• Create requirements document that contains all flows, UML diagrams

• 1-2 years work experience
• 1-2 years experience in project management using agile methodology
• UI/UX experience is a plus
• Background in advertising, marketing, content creation and/or product design is a big plus.
• Additional design and/or software development skills is a plus.
