Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assist in the conduct of traning needs and analysis
- Prepares training venue and materials
- Provides administrative support to the Training Manager
- Conduct post training assessments
- Conduct trainings if necessary
- Assist in company activities
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any four year course;
- Newly graduates can apply
- At least one (1) year experience in training and development is an advantage
- Experience in a pharmaceutical industry is an advantage;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills;
- Personable and diplomatic;
- Can deal with people at all levels;
- MS Office proficient;
- Willing to travel;
- Flexible and team player;
- Very pleasing personality;
- Can deal with people at all levels;
- Can start immediately
