Sales Admin Specialist  

The Sales Admin Specialist is in charge of liaising between the Sales team and the back office.

Responsibilities:

• Book orders of doctors, pharmacies, and distributors
• Encode details of orders to worksheets and SAP system
• Check and draft contracts of deals, promos, and discounts made between Sales and clients
• Process requests for activities and supplies of the Sales department
• Provide clerical support to the National Sales Manager
• Process requirements of Trade Specialists and activation of accounts
• Conduct calls to assigned districts to monitor activity and attendance of Medical Representatives
• Check liquidation reports and attendance submitted by Sales employees
• Book flights and hotel accommodation for official business of company officials
• Other tasks that may be assigned by the Management

• Graduate of any Business course
• At least 2 years experience in Sales and Marketing
• Highly organized and keen to details
• Very good communication skills both verbal and written
• Proactive
• MS Office proficient
• Can deal with people at all levels
• Can start immediately
