Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The Key Accounts Manager will be in - charge of opening new accounts, developing and maintaining existing accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain rapport with internal and external clients
- Open new accounts
- Explain and make sure that contract is well understood by the client
- Close deal/ sale and or partnerships with new and existing accounts
- Supervise the activity of KAS assigned to him/her
- Conduct performance evaluation, territorial meeting and business review with his/her team
- Others that may be assigned by the management
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- A person of integrity
- Team-player
- Graduate of any Business or Science related course
- Must have at least 2 years experience as KAM in the pharma industry
