Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsible for the market performance of the assigned brand.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve annual sales volume target of the brand assigned to him/her
- Improve market share of the brand
- Conceptualize and implement marketing programs that will boost the brand's profitability within company given budget
- Conduct market research and analysis is able to come up with a more accurate forecast and bases
- Coordinate with internal and external partners as to the brand's distribution, promotion, merchandising and pricing
- Conceptualize and develop the brochure of the brands
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 2 years experience in the same position in a direct selling industry
- Familiarity in sales and marketing is an advantage
- High leadership skills
- Working knowledge in MS Powerpoint, MS Excel (Pivot table, charts, basic formulas)
- Knowledge in scheming promos and incentives for direct-selling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal relations skills
- Team player and flexible
- Willing to travel
- Can start immediately
