Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Analyze and identify employee's training needs and develop training modules to address these needs
- Schedule and conduct training, coordinate with key people, and prepare necessary arrangements
- Provide insight and assistance during company-wide events
- Conduct employee surveys, company and product orientation
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any four year course
- At least two (2) years experience as Training Officer or District Sales Manager in a pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Innovative and self-starter;
- Can deal with people at all levels;
- Proficient in MS Office
- Enthusiastic and energetic
- Willing to travel
- Can start immediately
