Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsible for the market performance of the assigned brand.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Achieve annual sales volume target of the brand assigned to him/her
- Improve market share of the brand
- Conceptualize and implement marketing programs that will boost the brand's profitability within company given budget
- Conduct market research and analysis is able to come up with a more accurate forecast and bases
- Coordinate with internal and external partners as to the brand's distribution, promotion, merchandising and pricing
- Other task that may be assigned by the management
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any business or medical course
- At least two (2) years relative experience as Product Manager handling ethical or consumer products from a pharmaceutical company
- Has extensive experience in product launching
- Has a portfolio of doctors (OB Gyne)
- Working knowledge in MS Powerpoint, MS Excel (Pivot table, charts, basic formulas)
- Knowledge in market research and analysis
- Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
- Can deal with people at all levels
- Willing to travel
- Can start immediately.
