Responsibilities

• Plan and execute all search engine marketing campaigns, including but not limited to Google Ads, Bing, Amazon, and eBay.
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Measure and report performance of all search engine marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages, providing image direction for ad creatives, and optimize the user experience.
• Post-campaign reports & data analysis
  
• Facebook Ads creation, management and reporting

LOCATION: Work From home during the pandemic but will be working on site once vaccination is rolled over. However, can be 100% remote also for the right candidate!

WORKING HOURS: 9am to 6pm AU time, (6am to 3pm or 7am to 4pm Manila, Monday to Friday)

Requirements

• BS degree in marketing or a related field
• Minimum 2 years experience in digital ads strategy and implementation
• Experience and knowledge with Google Ads Manager, and other Search Engine Marketing Platforms
• Extensive Experience in ad tracking tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Extensive Experience in setting up and optimizing Search Engine Marketing Campaigns
• Passionate about learning about the e-commerce industry.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Facebook Ads creation, management and reporting
