- Will mainly focus on Learning and Development
- Responsible for HR project in creating learning modues
- Proofreading and arranging the modules accordingly
- Reporting updates regarding the status of the project on a weekly basis
- Assist in internal training schedules
- Will also be involved in:
- 201 file management, C&B related matters (.e.g., draft memos)
- Recruitment: scheduling and coordination
- Employee Engagement: prepare posters for announcements
- Other tasks that maybe assigned by the HR Head
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Studying a degree of Human Resource Management, preferred, Behavioral Science, Psychology, other related courses
- Creative and has basic skills in graphic designing using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and or Illustrator
- Knowledgeable in creating presentation materials (ppt and/ Google Slides)
- Knowledgeable in Google Suite/ Workspace
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Knowledge in flipbook creation, and development of learning modules using Toonly or other tools is a plus.
