- Handle disbursements for local, international suppliers
- Proper checking, recording & monitoring of disbursements
- Payment for taxes and other govt institutions
- Cash Management - monitoring of bank balances
- Prepare weekly cash flow reports for actual vs. projections
- Monthly bank reconciliation
- Maintain documents and files
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
- At least two (2) years relevant work experience
- Knowledgeable in cash management, banking transactions and advanced Excel or Google spreadsheets
- Familiar with an accounting software
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Trustworthy and can work with minimum supervision and as a team player
