- Define, implement, and maintain business process and procedures to meet business objectives
- Analyze and identify opportunities for business process improvements
- Develop initiatives for continuous business process improvements
- Ensure compliance with customer and company proposed standards
- Work with a team in integration of new and existing business processes
- Use best practices to carry out business processes and recommend solutions for improvements
- Develop and maintain best practices to meet changing business needs
- Evaluate current business processes and recommend solutions for improvements
- Develop and maintain best practices to meet changing business needs

- Prioritize and execute projects for ongoing business improvements
- Provide technical advice on processing technology, capability, risks, and costs
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of B.S in Industrial Engineering or any equivalent course
- With 1-2 years related word experience
- Strong business process orientation
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Can explore and probe for understanding of processes
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and independently in a diverse workforce
- Can communicate effectively, verbally and in writing
