Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The Role
This is a new role in the company for the HR function, with focus on recruitment while covering general HR functions.
Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment, screening/selection, and hiring of company manpower resources.
- Ensure hiring pool availability.
- Handle contracts of employees and consultants.
- Prepare basic HR policies and procedures.
- Rationalize compensation and benefits program.
- Rationalize company salary/compensation structure.
- Handle all other HR matters (job description, performance management, employee relations, etc.) subject to prioritization.
- Monitor and consolidate daily, weekly, monthly performance reports needed by the President.
- Act as Admin Assistant to the President.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in HR, preferably with supervisorial/managerial functions.Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Strong people management skills;
- Very good negotiation and conflict management skills;
- Good written and verbal communication skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills.
