Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Take vision of Business and articulate that into roadmap and visions
- Manage experimentation pipeline, especially within owned and operated channels
- Come up with hypothesis design, present and collect feedback, and execute experiments to meet the business objective
- Responsible for decision-making around scaling, modifying, and ending campaigns, individually and with the team.
- Manage product team within the squad (e.g. Associate Product Managers & etc.)
- Collaborate with stakeholders and customers to define and prioritize requirements for each initiatives
- Establish a primary partnership with Data team for foundational work (e.g. design dashboard)
- Working closely with engineering, quality assurance, and project management teams to scope efforts, identify and manage dependencies, and verify implementations
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A BS/MS in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Economics, Statistics or equivalent experience with strong knowledge of SQL
- Minimum of 3 years of people management and product development experience
- Experience working in agile software development team
- Strong project management skills to manage complex projects and to prioritize multiple internal and external stakeholders
- A creative, design-thinking, and problem-solving mindset, with sharp business acumen
- Strategic thinker and very strong attention to details
- A strong team player with exceptional team synergy skills; a passion for collaborating, influencing, and leading cross-functional teams
- A desire to work in a fast-paced results-driven environment with multiple responsibilities
- Understanding of canvas model: idea validation, design thinking, business model
- Proven track record in driving Business Growth
