Responsibilities:
Handle all incoming phone calls with courtesy and professionalism.
Answers inbound customer calls and effectively respond to customer inquiries.
Ensures the resolution of client concerns/inquiries, whenever possible.
Requirements:
Must have finished at least 2nd year college.
Must have at least 2 years industry experience, preferably in a customer service/financial oriented program.
Solid comprehension and active listening skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Able to multitask and is comfortable working with computer-based applications.
Flexible and willing to work on graveyard shifts.
Must be willing to work in Buendia, Makati
