In this role, you will be responsible for achieving financial and nonfinancial key performance indicators, thereby contributing to the growth of the CREDIT CARDS segment of the retail banking segment by:
- Doing mostly field work (70-90% of the time), which includes being assigned to selected malls and commercial areas for boothing activities.
- Acting as the primary customerfacing touch point for client calls.
- Adhering to all Legal and Compliance guidelines in line with client handling.
- Managing operational risk, including its identification, assessment, mitigation and control.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any 4-year course;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Willing to render overtime work.
