Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
- Develop the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities
- Oversee the company’s marketing budget.
- Plan and implement promotional campaigns.
- Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
- Meet marketing and sales financial objectives by:
- Forecasting requirements.
- Preparing an annual budget.
- Scheduling expenditures.
- Analyzing variances.
- Initiating corrective actions.
- Identify marketing opportunities by:
- Identifying consumer requirements.
- Defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses.
- Forecasting projected business.
- Establishing targeted market share.
- Determine annual and gross-profit plans by:
- Forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions.
- Projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Analyzing trends and results.
- Establishing pricing strategies.
- Recommending selling prices.
- Monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least a Bachelor's/College degree in Marketing or its equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in handling Marketing operations.
- Has an experience in Retail
- Qualified chartered marketer.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Confident and dynamic personality.
- Strong creative outlook.
