Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Ensure that Treasury activities are carried out in a manner consistent with the highest professional, ethical, moral, and legal standards.
- Determining daily cash position through the analysis of bank account funds availability, incoming deposits, clearing presentments and all other funds settlements.
- Forecasting funds required for on-going operational requirements and accurately identifying potential sources.
- Forecast daily cash requirements and execute daily financing decisions.
- Maintain records and reconciling daily cash balances, transactions and/or volume used for daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly treasury reports including analysis and presenting to senior management.
- Ensure that all deposits are timely posted, balanced and reconciled.
- Responsible for weekly disbursement list, monitoring positive pay, and initiating payment disbursements on various online banking portals.
- Ensure internal compliance with company's banking policy.
- Document and maintain company treasury policies and procedures. This involves making sure the organization complies with all financial regulations.
- Build and manage positive partnership relationships with banks to negotiate favorable terms on accounts and facilities.
- Implement, build and maintain cash forecasting process.
- Ad hoc reports as required by management.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant
- At least five (5) years relevant experience with three (3) years managerial experience
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Appropriate handling of sensitive information
- Excellent leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal to work cooperatively with persons at all levels in the organization.
- Excellent time management and organizational ability
- Knowledge of cash management principles
- Knowledge of banking systems and processes, banking relationship and covenants
- Strong organizational skills to direct team to ensure delivery of heavy workload under the pressure of competing
