Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Oversee production of feed products to ensure efficient production according to schedule Monitor and minimize shrink in ingredients and finished goods
- Ensures proper quality control procedures and policies are adhered to for ingredients and finish feeds
- Oversee receiving of ingredients and delivery of finished goods to ensure correct products are received and loaded in accordance with established procedures
- Perform daily inventory measurements and counts and complete documentation according to established guidelines
- Oversees all aspects of the preventive maintenance program
- Reports and assist with all injuries and investigations
- Ensures safety and well-being employees through safety meetings, safety training, safety documentation and continually striving for zero accidents
- Enforces and is responsible for all safety procedures and processes necessary to maintain a safe working environment
- Provides for good “housekeeping” practices
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong working knowledge in Manufacturing Industry and its associate equipment (Feed mill experience is an advantage)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively with subordinates, peers, and superiors
- Strong personality with strong leadership and team building skills
- Ability to use common computer software programs (word processing, spreadsheets, presentations) to create or modify objects work
