Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Accurately and efficiently encode all data that needs organizing and recording
- Confirm that entered data accurately aligns with original documentation
- Organize and maintain original paper evidence
- Assure files are properly prepared and saved to backup drives
- Transcribe, scan or photocopy hard copy documents and forms as needed
- Self-audit your work checking for errors or duplication
- Comply with data integrity and security policies.
- Other ad hoc tasks to be assigned from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelors/College Degree in any field.
- Must have at least 6 months to 1 year of data entry experience.
- Willing to work on a project based employment with possible absorption.
- Proven track record in providing accurate data
- Must be computer savvy and eager to learn
- Proficient in Computer Applications
- Proficient in SAP and any ERP software
- Good oral and written English communication skills
- Results-oriented
