Software Tester  

About The Role

A fantastic opportunity now exists for a talented and experienced Quality Assurance Tester to join our innovative team in our amazing Alabang office.

You will be joining a highly dynamic team and will be given the opportunity to make a tangible contribution to the success of our Agile delivery cycles, by enriching the process with your superb quality practices.

Reporting directly to the Product Team Leads, you will embed yourself within the Manila-based development team. On a daily basis, you will call upon your excellent communication skills to work with the team, while liaising with other globally distributed team members to achieve quality outcomes.

Daily Activities may include:

• Manual black box testing of products and tools
• Management of software
• Software feature testing
• Release build regression testing
• Production release smoke testing
• Reporting and documenting technical issues

You will also bring these skills and experiences:

• A sound understanding of the fundamental test process
• Experience in planning, coordinating and executing QA activities within a development team
• Experience using JIRA as a project and defect tracking tool
• Experience testing cross-browser, cross-device and accessibility testing
• Relevant testing qualifications combined with 5+ years of test experience
• Knowledge of SQL, experience of working in Agile teams and any gaming industry experience would be an added bonus

Job Qualifications

• At least Bachelor's / College Degree in Computer related courses
• Has at least 6 months of work experience in manual black box testing
• Have experience in software quality assurance software
