Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Duties and Responsibilities
- Processing of Online Fund Transfers, cheque preparation and releasing of non-trade transaction
- Handles General Accounting and Tax Compliance Transactions, Bookkeeping
- Prepare documents for Government Remittances (SSS, BIR, HDMF and PHIC)
- Handles employee registration and payroll transactions
- Handles book keeping and ensures that books are up to date.
- Keeps track of Account Receivables and prepares aging accounts
- Prepares reports and other related documents for BIR transactions (VAT, ETP, ITR, etc.)
- Ensures Account payable are updated.
- Prepares Sales and billing invoices, Official and acknowledgement receipts
- Secure and file Certifications and documentations required by BIR.
- Knowledgeable in using Quickbook.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Qualifications:
- CPA
- Minimum 3 yrs experience in BPO
- Willing to work onsite daily in Pasig
- Flexible, keen to details and can work with minimum supervision

Launched in 2015, PayRemit started as a payment gateway installed in e-Commerce shops that cater to Filipino migrant workers so they can pay and update their SSS, Pag-IBIG, and Philhealth contributions.
In 2017, PayRemit was transformed into a PayRemit Shop on Facebook, making it possible for migrant workers to shop online and pay with remittance.
Today, PayRemit has evolved into an e-commerce platform dedicated to Filipino and Indian migrant workers so they can shop for their families back home.
PayRemit has also made it possible for customers to purchase items on buy-now-pay-later schemes. Because of that, Filipinos and Indians in the Middle East, Europe, and Asia can start buying items like home appliances and gadgets and have them delivered to their families in the Philippines and Kerala.
